Why We Built This
The move to the one-site tape test in June 2023 was a significant shift in how the Army assesses body composition. We noticed a lack of modern, mobile-responsive tools that correctly implemented these new formulas. Army H&W was created to fill that gap, providing a clear, "no-nonsense" interface that works perfectly on a phone during a PT session or at home.
The Team
Our team consists of veterans and developers who understand the importance of passing height and weight. We know the stress that comes with the tape test, and we believe that clear information and regular self-assessment are the best ways to stay within standards and focus on the mission.
