View full credentialsWhy We Built This
The transition to the one-site tape test in June 2023 was a significant shift in how the Army evaluates body composition. Many legacy calculators failed to adapt or correctly implement the new formulas. We created Army H&W to provide a modern, mobile-responsive tool that reflects the latest standards—such as the 465+ ACFT exemption score with at least 80 points in each event—directly on the field or during unit weigh-ins.
